Travel health · Before you go

Tell us where you’re going. Prepare your health for the journey.

Plan a pre-travel health consultation for work, family, business or holiday travel. The appropriate clinical team can review your itinerary and discuss vaccinations, malaria precautions and documentation when available.

We do not claim to be a registered Yellow Fever centre or issuer of an official International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis without site-specific authorisation.

Travel medicine

The right advice begins with your itinerary.

Country, region, dates, purpose of travel and individual health factors can all affect a clinical recommendation. An enquiry does not generate automated vaccine or prophylaxis advice.

Pre-travel consultations

Discuss travel-specific health questions with an appropriately qualified practitioner when the service is confirmed.

Vaccination review

Review documented vaccine history and discuss which vaccines may be required or recommended for your route.

Malaria risk & medication

Learn when a clinical assessment may be needed for prevention or prescribing. No prophylaxis is prescribed by this enquiry form.

Your evidence wallet

Keep appropriately sourced health documents and vaccination evidence in your Matisi passport after authorised issuance.

Your journey

Request. Review. Confirm. Care.

Share your destination

Submit basic trip details and permission to contact you. We do not request medical history in the enquiry form.

Clinical travel review

The care team confirms the relevant service, clinician, site, timing and any referral needed.

Confirm any care

Vaccination or other care is performed only by appropriately authorised professionals and locations.

Receive real evidence

Only source-verified, appropriately issued documents should appear as verified in your Matisi wallet.

Travel clinic packages

Services and prices

Consultation, vaccine and certificate availability and pricing are subject to confirmation. No unapproved fee or vaccine package is presented as bookable.

Common questions

Can Matisi issue an official Yellow Fever certificate?

Official ICVP issuance requires the relevant location and clinical service to hold applicable authorisations. Do not assume availability until the care team confirms it.

How early should I contact a travel clinic?

As early as practical, since individual schedules and destination requirements vary. Discuss urgent departures directly with a qualified clinician.

Does your website decide which vaccines I need?

No. The enquiry captures basic logistics; advice requires up-to-date destination guidance and your individual clinical assessment.
